In April 2026, Star Wars fans will pay $29.99 for "The High Republic Adventures – The Complete Phase II," the first of three major collected editions arriving within months. This rapid succession of substantial comic collections demands a concentrated financial and time commitment from readers. While Star Wars publishing releases significant content in 2026, it primarily collects existing High Republic comic arcs, not new narratives across the galaxy. This strategy prioritizes accessibility and completion for the High Republic storyline, potentially at the expense of broader narrative exploration in other eras. The year shapes up as a mandated catch-up period for the High Republic.
The High Republic's Big Numbers
The 2026 Star Wars schedule pushes the High Republic era, especially its comic collections. "The High Republic Adventures – The Complete Phase II" spans 280 pages, priced at $29.99, according to Star Wars News Net and Dark Horse. All three new collected High Republic volumes will cost $29.99 each, Star Wars News Net reports. Collecting the complete High Republic comic saga means a nearly $90 investment, demanding considerable upfront commitment from readers.
